| T1-T3 warnings | Clinic is open |
| T8 or above is Hoise and/or Black rain | Clinic will be closed |
| If T8 / black rain or above is lowered to T3 or lower before 12:00 | Clinic will resume business within 2 hours after lowering |
| If T8 or above is lowered between 2pm-5pm | Clinic will resume 2 hours after lowering |
| If T8 or above is lowered after 5pm | Clinic will remain closed, unless arranged with your therapist |

Re-scheduling
- For clients with appointments scheduled during the clinic closure, our staff will contact you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience.
- For patients who prefer to reschedule their appointments in advance, please contact our clinic directly to arrange a new appointment time.
