Physiotherapist

With almost 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and almost 2 decades of teaching pilates I have been working to assess and improve the quality and efficiency of how people move. I help my clients to move better and with less pain.

Techniques

In additional to orthopedic testing/ assessments, I include manual therapy, myofascial release, and dry needling.

Clientele

I have worked with a wide range of people, from professional athletes to weekend warriors, pre and postnatal women, office workers, youth, and those seeking to stay fit and strong into their golden years.

My Approach to Care

I look at each person as a whole, and work together with them to create an individualized plan of care. My focus is to optimize my clients’ movement patterns and posture, while making exercise enjoyable. I teach my clients a wide range of exercises to keep our sessions fun, interesting and challenging.

Fun Facts about Me

I am passionate about everything health and wellbeing. Growing up in Canada I participated in a lot of different sports, anything from volleyball or golf to marathons and triathlons. Since moving to Hong Kong I’ve been enjoying the hiking, trail running and have recently come to love pickle ball!
